Positive: Location was nice. Room was great size for a couple. Okay size for 3 friends but not much more than that. Nice kitchen & bath area. Staff was great. Everyone we talked to was very pleasant. Was glad the Blackwater Siren was next door.
Negative: I really enjoy a nice size pool with chairs around the pool, but it worked.
Summary: Just that I would come back again with my spouse.

Negative: smell inside. Daily room service woujd be appreciated. could increase some better facilities like a bar, some tea coffee ( not only when the reception is open/ office hours), possibility of breakfast/light snack would be useful. more service would be a good addition

Positive: Great view with the piers, the wreck and an amazing sunset. Functional and large apartment, good for a large family. Very nice personnel, smiling and flexible.
Negative: Room was a little dated. A/C was loud ; ok for us in April as we turned it off for the night, but could be a problem in the summer.

Positive: We liked the Location. we liked the excellent view from the room. we liked the Cleanliness inside the room. all well organized, Kitchen fully set up. Bed was a little noise but confortable. our Granddaughter fell in love with the room. she is 2.5 years old. Attendants were friendly and helpful. there is no housekeeping service on a daily basis,but we manage with what we had. Plenty of hight quality towels. No lights in the balcony and there were bulbs installed. But in general we had a great time and will probably be back in the future. To be in Key Largo this is the place since is close to everything.
Negative: The lobby opens up at 9:00 AM, so if you want to get a cup of coffee you have to wait a long time, specially that the coffee in the room it;s not a a good quality, I think it's a little too late and it closes at 5 PM , kind of too early. If there is an emergency with the room Who do you call?. or maybe I missed something. The hallways could use a little cleaning and upkeeping, the front part of the hotel it looks a little dirty, by the parking side. But in general the Property is Beautiful, the pool was excellent and the Lobby looks very good.
